Real Estate

Services include Warranty Deeds, Quit Claim Deeds, Contracts for Deed, Transfer on Death Deeds, and leases. Landlord and Tenant

Landlord and tenant law has become more complicated in recent years, with many laws that apply to both landlords and tenants. Larry L. Leege, P.A. can help interpret lease documents and explain your rights and responsibilities as a landlord or tenant.

Estate Planning

Services include Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Transfer on Death Deeds. If you have not made a Will or Trust to determine what happens to your property when you die, Minnesota law determines who receives your property. The state’s plan may not match what you want. Larry L. Leege, P.A. can assist with estate planning documents designed to help carry out your wishes.

Small Businesses

Larry L. Leege, P.A. can help set up small business organizations, including sole proprietorships, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Probate

When a loved one dies, they may own personal property and/or land, known as the estate, that needs to be passed on to survivors. Some estates need to go through a court proceeding called probate, while others can be handled without probate. Larry L. Leege, P.A. can help determine your options and assist with probate proceedings when court involvement is necessary.

Notary Public

Larry L. Leege, P.A. provides Minnesota notary public services and can also give legal advice concerning the documents being signed. A Notary Public who is not an attorney is prohibited from giving legal advice concerning the documents being signed.

Trust Administration
